License and purchase terms

These terms apply to CleanMate licenses sold by Next Gen Mac Apps through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, downloading, or activating CleanMate, you agree to these terms and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

Your license

Each CleanMate license is for one person using the app on one Mac at a time. You may move the license to another Mac by deactivating the previous installation first. You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use the license key to provide CleanMate as a service to others.

Monthly and annual plans

Monthly and annual plans begin with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Lemon Squeezy charges the price shown during checkout and the plan then renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You can cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. After a paid renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, and access continues until then.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for continued use of the purchased major version on one Mac. It includes maintenance and compatibility updates released for that major version. A future separately marketed major upgrade may require a new purchase, but your existing licensed version will remain available for as long as it continues to work with your Mac and macOS version.

Delivery and activation

After payment, Lemon Squeezy provides the CleanMate download and license key by email and through its customer portal. Internet access is required for initial activation and occasional license validation. A temporary offline grace period is provided after successful validation.

Refunds

If CleanMate cannot be installed or activated on a supported Mac, or materially fails to work as described, contact us through the support form within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to resolve the problem and, when it cannot reasonably be resolved, assist with a refund request. Change-of-mind refunds after successful download and activation are not guaranteed. Lemon Squeezy processes refunds as merchant of record and may issue or refuse them under its buyer terms and applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Safe use and backups

CleanMate presents storage and cleanup choices, but you remain responsible for reviewing selected items and maintaining current backups of important data. Moving an item to Trash is recoverable only until the Trash is emptied. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.

Availability and warranty

CleanMate is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We aim to keep it compatible with supported macOS versions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every future system change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Support and changes

Use the support form for purchase, activation, or product questions. We may update these terms for future purchases. Material changes do not reduce an existing paid license period.
